Shipping Policy
All of our products are shippable within USA and Canada via ground service provided by UPS unless otherwise specified. Products are shipped within 3 business days following the date your order is received. To check the status of your order, please call 559-625-4246. After your order has been shipped, you may track the order via the assigned delivery service (usually www.ups.com) using the tracking number provided.

Upon request, orders may be picked up at 725 West Main Street in Visalia, CA 93291 during our normal business hours which include Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am to 1:00pm, except on holidays. If you would like to pick-up your order, please include your request in the "Comments" box during checkout.

Return Policy
Items may be returned within 14 days of shipment to 725 West Main Street in Visalia, CA 93291. Damaged items may be eligible for paid shipping expenses, please call or send your request in writing. Non-damaged items (items returned due to dissatisfaction) are not eligible for paid shipping and unused portions must be returned for refund.

• Items purchased at discounted pricing are not eligalbe for return.
• All items must be returned in original packaging.
• Original shipping rates are non-refundable.
• Refund payment will be made in the same manner purchase payment was made.
